An Excercise in Photography Rights - 30th and Broadway NYC - June 27, 2011

From the video's description: Carlos Miller's Photography Is Not A Crime website ran a story last week detailing how a woman was photographing outside a store in Manhattan and was chased down and verbally and physically assaulted by the store owner who made her delete the pictures saying she knew her rights and when the cops came they told the woman she did not know her rights ad that photography in public is perfectly legal. Today I went to see if there was still an issue at this location.
