We Are New York: Interview with United Chinese Association site coordinator

From the video's description: On Thursday, January 20, 2011 about 20 adult immigrants graduated from the We Are New York program at the United Chinese Association, a nonprofit located in Brooklyn. After the celebration, Office Manager Boewan shared a few words about We Are New York and its impact on the community she serves.
